Introduction

For what purpose and legal basis do we process data?

How long do we process the data?

The User's personal data sent for the request for information are processed by the Data Controller only for the period of time necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing, after which they are kept only in execution of the legal obligations in force on the subject, for administrative purposes. and / or to assert or defend one's right.

Is there a transfer of data to non-EU countries?

Personal data are not transferred to non-EU countries or to an international organization. The data is stored on servers located in Italy. The Data Controller, if necessary, may have the right to move the location of the servers ensuring that the transfer of data outside the EU will take place in compliance with the applicable legal provisions by stipulating, if necessary, agreements that guarantee an adequate level of protection and / or by adopting the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission.

What are the User's rights?
